Terms of Service

Effective 1 September 2026. By creating an account or using Crossly, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Crossly is software that watches public market candles and notifies you when technical conditions you configure (such as RSI, EMA, volume, or breakout rules) match. Alerts may be sent by Telegram and/or email.

Crossly is not a broker, exchange, bank, investment adviser, or portfolio manager. We do not hold funds, place trades, or tell you what to buy or sell.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on Crossly — including alert text, indicator values, prices, or marketing copy — is financial, investment, trading, or tax advice. Indicators describe historical market data. They do not predict future prices or guarantee a profitable trade. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for any loss that results from them.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You sign in with Google or an email magic link. Keep your login under your control. You may delete your account from Profile; that removes your alerts, delivery history, Telegram link, and login.

4. Alerts and delivery

We aim to evaluate closed candles and send notifications, but we do not guarantee that an alert will fire, that it will fire at the moment you expect, or that Telegram or email will deliver it. Queues, rate limits, outages, cooldown rules, plan caps, and third-party failures can delay or drop a message. A notification that is already in a delivery queue may still send shortly after you delete an account or an alert.

Indicator values can differ from other platforms (including TradingView). Use Crossly as a notifier, not as a source of truth for order placement.

5. Market data

Prices and candles come from public Binance market streams. Crossly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Binance. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. You may not scrape, resell, or republish our live feed as your own market-data product.

6. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use Crossly to send spam. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.

7. Plans and fees

Crossly currently offers a free plan with usage limits (alerts and monthly notifications). Paid plans, if introduced, will be described before you are charged. Until you pay us, our liability cap in section 9 is zero.

8. “As is” service

The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of uptime, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted delivery. We may change, pause, or discontinue features.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crossly and its operator are not liable for trading losses, missed or late alerts, inaccurate data or indicators, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid us for Crossly in the twelve months before the claim (currently none while the service is free).

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of Crossly is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts there have exclusive venue, except where consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
